The continuous thread method can be easily describe as a way to use only one shuttle and a ball of thread for chains (A).
One can start either with a chain (D) or with ring (G) without cutting the thread after winding up a bobbin.
When one starts a pattern with a chain without out cutting the thread the best way is to tat a chain with a loop that have been created (B).
After following the pattern of the first technique, that is a chain (C).
Time to close the loop by pulling on the shuttle thread (D).
The ring you start like normal (E).
When you close the ring, you need to pull on the shuttle thread not the ball thread (F).
